Drew and I went to a resort with our friends Becca and Scott in S.D.. It was such a fun, relaxing, DARK night! Haha! Here's our story... we got in and checked in at 5 pm on a friday night and we put our stuff in our timeshare and headed straight for dinner. It was a nice dinner and restraunt which we felt VERY out of place in because we had two loud kids and talked kinda loud! Lol! Well right as we were just finishing up our dinner the power went out on the entire resort! Mind you, this resort is in the middle of nowhere! So we take a "rain check" and said we'd go back in the morning to pay for our meal. So we head back to our room (in the dark) and Becca busts a little flashlight out of her purse! We were very greatful to have some kind of light! So we get in our place and of course Becca was the only one who came prepared... so she pulls out Phase 10 the card game for, "Just in case we got bored"! Haha! We are so proud to have such a prepared friend! Well after breaking the same flashlight twice in a row and having to clean up a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper in the dark... the lights came back on about an hour later... too bad it was just a teaser! We go to get ready to get in the spa and not but 30 seconds later the power goes out agian... It was horrible! :D So for another almost 2 hours we sat around and watched Hailey dance in the kitchen and play a card game! The power finally came on about an hour before everything closed for the night so off to the spa and gym we went! All in all it was a pretty fun night! We love hanging out with friends regardless of the lighting situation. :)) Thanks guys! We had an awesome weekend!
